CNC Machining and Precision Components for Industry
Møllers Machining manufactures precision-engineered metal and plastic components for the specialty manufacturing, medical device, and defense industries throughout Denmark. From single components and prototypes to full-scale production runs – always with a focus on tight tolerances, high surface quality, and on-time delivery.
As a subcontractor and full-service supplier since 1969, we operate more than 30 specialized CNC machines and can manage the entire manufacturing process, from raw material to packaged delivery.
A Quality-Assured Process
We work in a structured manner from the first contact through to delivery:

1. Order
When we receive an order, it is in the vast majority of cases from one of our existing customers or through a recommendation from one of them.

2. Dialog
Our industrial technician or toolmaker reviews the drawings and enters into dialogue with the designer if additional information is needed before the task is started. We would rather call once too often if something does not fit or cannot be done.

3. Production
We begin manufacturing the machine parts as custom components, with full focus on tolerances and surface quality.

4. Pack and Dispatch Orders
For all orders, we ensure that the fully machined and assembly-ready machine parts are packed and distributed. All orders are quality-checked before dispatch.

5. Delivery as agreed
In all cases, we ensure on-time delivery of the finished product, so the machine parts are ready for assembly as agreed.
Our Services
We offer the following machining services – contact us for a no-obligation quote for your project.
CNC Milling – 3-Axis and 5-Axis
We operate both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines. Our 5-axis machining centres enable the production of complex components in a single setup, reducing production time, improving accuracy, and delivering a superior surface finish.
Typical components include structural parts, housings, flanges, fixtures, and precision blocks manufactured in aluminium, stainless steel, steel, and engineering plastics.
CNC Turning and Turn-Milling
Our CNC turning centres machine rotationally symmetrical components with high precision. Equipped with live tooling, we combine turning and milling in a single setup—ideal for shafts, bushings, threaded components, and complex turned parts.
We machine components ranging from just a few millimetres in diameter up to 400 mm, with lengths of up to 1,500 mm. Materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and engineering plastics.
Fixtures and Special Components
We manufacture fixtures, clamping jigs, and custom components for production lines and assembly systems based on our customers’ drawings and specifications. Customer drawings are programmed directly for production, ensuring precise manufacturing and consistent quality.
We are happy to provide technical guidance throughout the process, whether you need advice on manufacturability, material selection, or production optimisation. Drawing on our extensive experience, we can suggest improvements that make components easier to manufacture, more cost-effective, or better suited to their intended application.
Before production begins, we ensure that all details have been reviewed and approved.
SERIES PRODUCTION, CUSTOM COMPONENTS AND URGENT ORDERS
We manufacture custom components, one-off parts, and small production runs for industrial companies throughout Denmark. With more than 30 CNC machines and a flexible production setup, we can respond quickly and deliver precision-machined components—even when time is critical.
We typically produce small series in the hundreds, but our core strength lies in custom-manufactured components and one-off production. When production comes to a standstill or an urgent requirement arises, we are a reliable and flexible manufacturing partner, ready to respond quickly and deliver consistently high quality.
Material Selection and Machining of Metals and Plastics
We offer machining of a wide range of materials, combined with expert advice on selecting the most suitable material for your application. Our experience covers everything from metals and engineering plastics to advanced specialty alloys, including aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, PEEK, PTFE, duplex stainless steel, and Hastelloy, among many others.
